Ecolab Opens New System Assurance Center to Enhance Customer Experience
Ecolab Inc., the global leader in water, hygiene and energy technologies and services has renamed its Nalco 360 Expert Center, to better reflect the value the center and its team of 100 qualified engineers deliver to customers worldwide.
The center’s new name is the System Assurance Center, which emphasizes the unmatched peace of mind that its customers enjoy when it comes to managing their water resources. The center’s renovated Pune office was also just reopened, to enable the team to better demonstrate its capabilities and services to customers.
The Nalco 360 Expert Center was opened in 2007 to provide 24/7 monitoring of customer systems with Nalco’s flagship 3D TRASAR™ Technology for Cooling Water. The center started with 13 engineers who supported 200 systems. Since then, the center has expanded to:
Monitor more than 12,000 customer systems in 100 countries, using a team of 100 skilled engineers
Add support for boiler, membrane and dissolved air flotation systems Provide additional services, such as digitizing plant surveys, tightening treatment control bands and supporting automation tool use by our largest customers With over 7 years of proven success, the team provides round-the-clock surveillance of customer water systems while ensuring that Nalco best practices are implemented, to maintain the reliability and lifecycle of critical plant assets.
This service provides an extra layer of protection and assurance for customers, knowing that they have a team of experts keeping an eye on their critical assets.
