Anuna Education and Adecco India to Provide Job Placements for Skill Development Students
Anuna Education, a partner of National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) with a mandate to train & place over 1.1 lakh students, has signed a MoU for placement of skill development graduates with leading international placement firm Adecco India.
Anuna Education, headquartered in Lucknow with Learning Centers across north India, is an organization focused on imparting International caliber “Managerial Skills” to Indian Youths. Anuna Education is also a partner of National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) providing National Skills Qualification Framework (NSQF) based job oriented training programs under various sectors.
“NSQF is a revolutionary new framework released by Government of India & NSDC that provides unprecedented quality assurances to employers about the skill level of a particular candidate. This framework is already present in over 140 countries including the European Union and allows students to start at entry-level and go all the way CEO/Doctorate levels. From 2017 Government of India shall make NSQF certificates mandatory for all Central Government & PSU jobs as well,” informed Anuna Education’s NRI Founder-Director, Mr. Amit Iqbal Srivastava.
Mr. Srivastava further added, “Adecco is the world-leading brand in providing quality placement services. In India they have an army of over 85,000 associates that work with over 1000 leading clients across various sectors to place over 5000 candidates per month. We are happy to have them as our Placement Partners.”
Mr. Jitendra Kumar Dixit, Team Lead UP & Uttranchal for Adecco India said, “There are big gaps between what our employers demand and what the market provides. Many candidates have degrees and certificates but little to no practical skills. We are quite impressed with Anuna Education’s abilities to bridge this skill-gap by providing quality management professionals that can work in managerial/supervisory level job-roles across various sectors such as Banking, Finance, Insurance, IT, Agriculture, Automobile, Healthcare, Renewable Energy, Retail, etc.” Mr. Dixiti further added, “Adecco India shall be working with Anuna Education to provide placement & internship services free-of-charge to Anuna Education’s students, as well as, conduct a variety of seminars & workshops to help candidates better prepare themselves for the job market.”
