“We were one of the founders of Hyderabad’s information technology industry when we set up an IT development center here back in 1996, and we subsequently grew that business into a broad range of software and financial activities,” said Anne Dinning, a Managing Director at the D. The new headquarters were custom-built for DESIS and are located across from KBR Park. The office space has 5 floors, measures approximately 140,000 square feet, and has room for over 700 staff members. The state-of-the-art workspace can be configured into informal work areas to facilitate the firm’s collaborative work style and ethos. The building, which has a terraced outdoor landscape with a pergola, features amenities including a full-service cafeteria, gymnasium, yoga/recreational area, sports zone, and medical facilities.
